Product Overview
Thick-walled round welded pipe is a circular cross-section steel pipe made by rolling steel plates or strips into shape and then welding. Its wall thickness is usually relatively thick (generally greater than 10mm, with different definitions in different scenarios). It uses steel strips and plates as blanks, and is welded by processes such as arc welding, resistance welding (high-frequency, low-frequency), gas welding, furnace welding, covering forms such as straight seam welding and spiral welding. The materials include plain carbon steel (such as Q195, Q235), low-alloy steel (such as Q355, 16Mn), stainless steel (such as 304, 2205), etc., adapting to diverse industrial needs.
