Product Overview
Street lamps are road lighting facilities with steel as the core structural material. The lamp poles mostly use high-quality low-carbon steel (such as Q235A steel plates), which are rolled, bent and formed. The welding method is often automatic submerged arc welding to ensure welding quality. The wall thickness of the lamp pole varies from 3mm to 5mm according to the height, and in some special scenarios (such as high-pole lamps), the wall thickness is thicker. The surface is subjected to anti-corrosion treatments such as hot-dip galvanizing and electrostatic plastic spraying. The thickness of the hot-dip galvanizing layer is more than 86um, and the thickness of the plastic spraying layer is ≥10um, which has good anti-corrosion and weather resistance. The lamps are mostly aluminum products with tempered glass, and the exposed fasteners are made of stainless steel, which are suitable for various light sources such as metal halide lamps, high-pressure sodium lamps, and LEDs. The height of the lamp pole (such as 6-12 meters for conventional road lamps, 15-50 meters for high-pole lamps), shape (single-arm, double-arm, characteristic artistic shapes, etc.) and functions (ordinary lighting, smart street lamps integrating monitoring, charging piles, etc.) can be customized according to road needs and scene characteristics.

- High Structural Strength: The steel itself has excellent mechanical properties. After professional processing, the lamp pole has strong wind resistance (usually designed according to 36.9 m/s level 11 or above, and special models such as high-pole lamps can reach level 12 wind resistance), high earthquake resistance (such as level 8), and can ensure structural stability in harsh weather (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.) without being easily deformed or damaged.
